Note: Orders that include more than one item will be assigned a processing date in accordance with the item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing, and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of many different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any point. It is possible that you will not receive your purchase after it has been placed.

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If thirty days have passed from the date you purchased the item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

The item cannot be used, and it must be in its original condition. It must also still be in the original package.
